Job description

This position implies the organization of office work and close collaboration with all other company departments, coordination and implementation of administrative tasks, communication with state authorities, and institutions where the company organises specific events. This position comprises tasks related to practical organization of activities from the initial to the final phase, organisation of business trips and administartive activities, receiving and sending requests, invitations and other forms of written communication, receiving post and invoices, administrative support to the managing director and executive bodies, writing and designing all kinds of letters, reports and minutes. The person holding this position shall also be responsible for keeping record of meetings, appointments and presentations, creating plans for meetings and keeping minutes thereof, systematic recording and document archiving.


- minimal level of education: univerosty bachalor (univ.bacc.)
- active knowledge of English, in spoken interaction and writing, knowledge of other world languages is an advantage
- active user of MS Office package

- work experience in administrative activities or office management
- exceptional communication skills
- expressed proactive characteristics and flexibility
- goal-oriented and focused on problem resolution
- focus on details and organisation combined with the capability for setting priorities  
- excellent organizational skills
