Regenerator Zabok is a contemporary business and cultural complex located in a former industrial zone, now revitalized as a vibrant urban hub for work, creativity, and collaboration. The project transforms a once production-oriented site into a flexible environment that nurtures education, innovation, and community life.

The architectural concept preserves the industrial character of the original structure while introducing open, light-filled interiors that encourage interaction and adaptability. Exposed materials, generous ceiling heights, and carefully balanced proportions underline the authentic spirit of regeneration—where past and present coexist in a continuous dialogue between structure and use.

Prostoria furniture plays an essential role in shaping this atmosphere. The Layout modular sofa anchors a relaxed lounge zone, inviting informal meetings and moments of rest. Bik chairs enrich the multifunctional areas with their refined simplicity and tactile presence, supporting a variety of uses throughout the day. The Tinker easy chair brings a sense of warmth and comfort into several guest rooms, adding an element of timeless craftsmanship.

“MVA’s vision for Regenerator Zabok is rooted in the belief that architecture can revive and transform collective experience. Through the integration of flexible design and timeless, durable furniture, we aimed to express the continuity between work, culture, and everyday life”, say Mikelic & Vres (MVA) Architects, Zagreb.
